A Typical Day at Work:

• Start by briefing your team on daily goals.

• Maintain store standards and assist with general duties.

Requirements

Daily Activities:

• Support daily store operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Take charge in the Store Manager’s absence.

Desirable:

• Retail management experience in charity or second-hand retail
• Experience working with vulnerable individuals or those with challenging behaviours would be advantageous
• Experience supervising volunteers
• First Aid or Health and Safety qualifications
• Passion for sustainability and social impact
