What you'll do
As an Executive Leadership Development Executive at Sainsbury's, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Leadership Development proposition and products, supporting the design, development, and deployment of a wide range of executive leadership development interventions across the organisation. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand strategic requirements, validate content, and manage talent pools to enhance visibility of development plans. Additionally, you will research external market leadership development propositions, coordinate coaching activities, and drive initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion within leadership and talent programmes. Your responsibilities will also include administering evaluation methods, managing learning assessment tools, facilitating key leadership programmes, and ensuring compliance with policies and processes.

Essential Criteria
Demonstrable experience managing projects or programmes through all phases of the lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closure within the leadership development space.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
Evidence of applying data analysis to identify trends, inform decisions, and improve business outcomes.
Ability to manage risk proactively, including identifying, evaluating, and implementing mitigation strategies.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools to support communication, planning, and reporting activities.

Proven experience designing and implementing leadership development programmes, including digital and blended learning solutions tailored to senior leadership populations.
Demonstrable ability to evaluate learning impact using both quantitative and qualitative methods aligned to organisational performance objectives.
Evidence of coaching senior leaders, with outcomes that support behavioural change and alignment to organisational culture.
Track record of managing complex projects or programmes, from initiation through to delivery and closure, within dynamic environments.
Ability to analyse data and develop business cases that inform strategic decisions and measure the effectiveness of leadership interventions
