Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in the facilities management sector covering PPM and reactive maintenance
  • Experience of maintenance, testing & fault finding on a variety of equipment including Emergency lighting, back-up power, HVAC plant, pumps, generators, switchgear, cables, batteries, small power and lighting (where applicable)
  • C&G/NVQ level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

  • Commercial Gas experience
  • Plumbing experience
