  • Setting up, delivering, optimising and evaluating campaigns across paid social channels (primarily LinkedIn & Meta) with scope to grow and develop across paid search & other programmatic channels
  • Tackling daily marketing challenges and hands-on problem-solving in a supportive team environment
  • Launching and optimising campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Assisting in regular reporting and communication of campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborating with the content team to ensure timely and compliant delivery of new creatives
  • Monitoring the performance of social media campaigns
  • Staying abreast of emerging digital and social trends, platforms, and features to drive strategy
What you will bring:
  • Ideally, 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or agency roles, specifically working on paid social campaigns
  • Strong understanding of Lead Gen activities, including strategy, delivery, and measurement
  • Creative problem solver and critical thinker with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient in numerical and written skills
  • Comfortable explaining ideas, taking briefs, and participating in brainstorming sessions
  • Ability to work independently and meet agreed-upon deadlines
  • Bonus: Google Ads or Facebook Ads certification
