The Role:
In this paid marketing-centric role as a Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll be a collaborative and eager marketeer, keen to showcase and develop your creative and analytics expertise. This role is ideal for anyone with good experience in paid in an agency setting. There will be opportunities to consult and deliver across other channels, such as email marketing and SEO, for the right candidate.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Developing client accounts and managing projects across paid marketing channels - including search ads, shopping ads and social media ads, with opportunities to work on other performance channels
• Analysing data, hypothesising causes for shifts, and actioning optimisations in accordance with your best judgement and the clients’ goals
• Producing comprehensive reports on performance and activities, and meeting with clients regularly to discuss strategy to grow their businesses
• Collaborating and operating closely with the rest of the team to identify opportunities for clients across our marketing services, such as CRO, email marketing, organic social, affiliate, and SEO
Skills & Experience
Essential
• Great understanding of marketing and e-commerce agencies and their operations
• 2-3 years' experience across paid marketing platforms, preferably in Google, Meta, and TikTok
• Strong analytical skills and keen to explore ways of improving workflow with the use of AI
• Creative mindset and ability to collaborate on tasks, communicating effectively
• Well-organised, proactive and adaptive to varying workload; demonstrating strong initiative
Desirable
• Experience in email marketing and/or SEO would be a great advantage
• Good knowledge and/or experience using website platforms such as BigCommerce or Shopify in a marketing context
• Design skills for making marketing creative and materials
