You know how to dig deep into the numbers—whether it's CPA, LTV, or conversion rates—and translate them into strategies.

Are you an email operations expert (without needing to write the copy)?

You’ve got the technical know-how to manage segmentation, triggers, promo codes, and scheduling in platforms like Ometria—ensuring campaigns run smoothly and effectively.

Are you London-based and excited to collaborate across teams?

This role is hybrid (minimum of 3 days in the office), based in Kings Cross, and perfect for someone who enjoys cross-functional teamwork with CRM, Creative, Product, and Analytics.

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager. This is a hands-on, analytical role focused on results, efficiency, and iteration. You’ll work with our paid media agency, optimise spend and KPIs across digital channels, and manage the technical execution of email campaigns via Ometria —excluding creative.

This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about growth marketing, loves digging into data, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Management

  • Lead the relationship with our paid media agency to deliver against performance KPIs
  • Build and implement acquisition strategies targeting defined mosaic profiles
  • Monitor and optimise spend across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Test emerging paid channels for growth opportunities
  • Manage affiliate partners and ShopThru performance
  • Familiarity with SEMRush and TikTok Ads a plus

Performance Analysis

  • Analyse and report on campaign performance using GA4, Looker Studio, Sweet Analytics, etc.
  • Track metrics such as CPA, CPO, ROI, CTR, and LTV
  • Use insights to drive smarter decisions and unlock growth
  • Build reports and dashboards to keep stakeholders informed

Email Marketing Operations

  • Own the technical execution of email marketing through Ometria (campaigns, triggers, workflows)
  • Segment audiences and schedule lifecycle & transactional emails
  • Ensure robust promo code delivery and SMS targeting where applicable
  • Collaborate with creative teams to deploy campaigns

Mindset & Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, CRM, Analytics, and Design teams
  • Apply a test-and-learn approach to everything you do
  • Stay on top of marketing trends and share ideas to evolve our strategy

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in performance marketing or a growth-focused digital role
  • Hands-on experience managing paid budgets and performance agencies
  • Solid grasp of key metrics: CPA, CPO, ROI, CPC, LTV
  • Comfortable with tools like GA4, Looker, Meta Ads, Google Ads
  • Experience with Ometria (or similar) from a technical standpoint
  • Data-driven, detail-obsessed, and always looking for the “what’s next?”

Nice to have

  • DTC or eCommerce experience
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution models
  • Understanding of A/B testing frameworks and CRO
  • Exposure to SQL, Python, or similar data tools

Culture & Values
