Overview
As part of Mars’ SAP S/4HANA transformation program, the technology and transformation team is delivering the technical foundations and operational readiness for the S/4HANA transformation across segments (Petcare, Corporate, Snacking & Food). The program focuses on eight mega process areas: Finance, Source to Pay, Plan to Fulfill, Lead to Cash, Governance, Engage to Consume, Idea to Market, and Recruit to Retire. A new role of Performance Test Analyst has been created to support the overall performance testing strategy.
What are we looking for?- Have an IT background with at least 3 years of experience in ERP/SAP development, implementation, or transformation projects in a coordinating role.
- Profound knowledge of testing management including performance test processes and standards.
- Experience in gathering non-functional requirements in SAP transformation projects.
- Excellent understanding of the S/4HANA product roadmap.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring, summarizing data, and communicating across stakeholders to establish clear ownership.
- Attention to detail and ability to coordinate with Test Factory and external partners.
- Team player with a proactive, development-minded, and goal-focused attitude.
- Excellent documentation, visualization, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with System Integrators and Business Integrators, 3rd parties.
- Excellent relationship-building, networking, and influencing skills; able to work effectively in a team.

- Strategy & Governance: Contribute to the enterprise-wide performance testing strategy aligned with the SAP S/4HANA transformation roadmap and satellite system integrations. Promote governance frameworks, standards, and policies for performance testing across teams and vendors. Ensure testing objectives align with business priorities and quality goals. Collaborate to integrate performance testing into the development lifecycle.
- Coordination of Performance KPIs and Testing Activities: Compile performance KPI data with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and application owners. Plan and coordinate performance testing activities with the Performance Test Lead and Test Factory, ensuring proper timing and system environment requirements. Facilitate communication between load testing and system monitoring teams for comprehensive performance analysis.
- Collaboration: Partner with the Testing Centre of Excellence (COE) for load testing services using Tricentis NeoLoad. Define guidelines for when to leverage load testing services and drive continuous improvement in testing practices.
- Tooling and Framework Strategy: Oversee adoption and standardization of Tricentis NeoLoad as the primary tool. Promote best practices for test design, execution, and analysis.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Work with program management, process owners, infrastructure teams, and IT leadership to communicate strategy, progress, and risks. Lead workshops and governance forums and provide guidance on performance testing to project teams, vendors, and users.
- Risk Management & Continuous Improvement: Identify performance-related risks and work on mitigation. Monitor KPIs and metrics to assess effectiveness and drive improvements.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present test reports and analyses to stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency with testing tools (Tricentis NeoLoad, JIRA, SNOW, eCATT, SAP Solution Manager, Azure DevOps, Cloud ALM or equivalent such as HP/MF ALM).

Senior QA Test Engineer (C# API Performance Testing) Reigate / WFH to £85k

As a Senior QA Test Engineer you'll collaborate with a small, Agile team to define test strategies for features or whole applications; you'll establish test environments and frameworks and work with software developers to achieve high levels of test automation with a focus on complex backend C#, API and Performance Testing (JMeter).
You'll work end-to-end, liaising with the Product Owner to define User Stories, through to executing manual and automation tests, performing exploratory testing and investigating new tools and processes.
Location / WFH:
There's a hybrid work from model, you can work from most of the week, meeting up with colleagues in Reigate 1-2 days a week in modern, open plan offices within a five minute walk of the station; there's a smart casual dress code and a good work / life balance.
About you:
- You're a skilled Test Automation Engineer with the ability to understand complex software products and work out how to test them
- You have a strong knowledge of C#, including basic coding skills
- You have a good knowledge of Performance Testing (ideally with JMeter), Exploratory Testing, Manual Testing and Test Automation
- You have a good understanding of SaaS
- You have end-to-end testing experience
- You enjoy problem solving and collaborating as part of a cross functional Agile team

Base pay rangeFutureheads are looking for a Software Quality Engineer to join a well known consultancy on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will involve working on both public and private sector projects, sometimes as the sole test engineer, and other times as part of a team. You’ll be leading by example, championing our approach to quality, and working in an agile environment across a full range of testing types. Collaboration is key—whether with colleagues, clients, or end users—ensuring work meets high standards and follows best practice.
You'll need to be in a commutable distance of one of these hubs and there'll be a hybrid arrangement - Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, London
You’ll need to be adaptable, able to switch between different tools and technologies, and confident in advising on the best approaches. Mentoring junior colleagues and helping others grow will also be part of your role. All work must comply with our internal quality, environmental, and security policies, as well as client standards.
Essential skills and experience:
You should have experience as the sole test engineer on a project team. Specifically, you’ll need to show:
Writing, running, and debugging functional automation tests for front-end and APIs, ideally using frameworks like Cucumber BDD or JUnit.
Tracking and resolving defects, creating user stories, and managing technical tasks from high-level requirements.
Working with version control tools (e.g., Git) and peer review processes, plus creating test plans, reports, and supporting E2E and UAT testing.
Familiarity with non-functional testing, CI tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), and programming principles.
Core consulting skills:
We’ll also be looking for strong organisation, attention to detail, and clear communication skills. You should be proactive, able to challenge respectfully, and confident in raising and mitigating risks.
Nice-to-have experience:
Knowledge of UK government service standards and agile methodology is beneficial but not essential—we’ll support you to grow in these areas.
Please note: existing or eligible UK Security Clearance is essential.

Play a leading role in maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) at the UK site, ensuring all processes are compliant, up to date, and clearly owned. PE Global is recruiting a Quality Auditor for our pharmaceutical client based in Moorgate, London. The role is an initial 6-month contract and the rate for this role is £29.37 PAYE or £39.42 Umbrella p/hour. This role will be hybrid with 2 days a week from home.
Responsibilities:
- The Quality Auditor conducts routine audits of data, information, procedures, equipment and systems (including computer systems), and/or facilities to ensure the compliance with SOPs and GMPs and worldwide regulations.
- Review and approve production and analytical documentation accompanying the release of API, Safety Assessment or clinical supply lots (bulk and packaged) to ensure conformance to appropriate regulatory requirements.
- In addition, the Auditor communicates and resolves audit comments with client areas. Under supervision, or as part of a team, perform audits or inspections of assigned areas or systems to assess compliance with regulatory and Company standards. Issue reports summarizing deficiencies and work with areas to execute remedial action. Notify appropriate management of inspection result.
Requirements:
- Industry experience is essential
- Experience should be in the pharmaceutical/chemical industry or government drug-regulatory agency with a working knowledge of cGMP regulations.
- Effective communications (oral/written) and interpersonal skills are necessary.

The Quality Assurance Team collaborates with stakeholders across the institute to ensure that IPSE’s educational services meet sector-recognised standards and reflect best practices in higher education, as well as align with relevant professional accreditation requirements. This team plays a vital role in maintaining strong partnerships with awarding bodies and upholding IPSE’s reputation with statutory and regulatory organisations.
The Quality Officer is responsible for delivering high-level support for IPSE’s quality monitoring and evaluation processes, helping to ensure the effective delivery of higher education programmes at IPSE. They offer staff clear guidance on the correct application of IPSE regulations, policies, and procedures.
Additionally, the Quality Officer supports the Quality Manager/CEO with specific projects and special assignments as required.
Duties- Collaborating with senior management to develop key institutional policies and procedures that align with all relevant regulatory requirements and sector best practices in higher education.
- Maintaining the register of academic policies, regulations, and other key documents, including oversight of their review and publication cycle.
- Working with Heads of Department and Associate Deans / Deans to produce internal monitoring reports as part of IPSE’s academic governance framework.
- Liaising with the Registry team to collect and analyse key performance indicator (KPI) data for internal monitoring and evaluation purposes.
- Supporting and servicing key governance committees and events, including the timely distribution of meeting papers and accurate minute-taking.
- Responding to queries related to quality assurance and institutional governance, providing clear and reliable guidance—even in areas of ambiguity—to ensure staff understanding and compliance.
- Coordinating with staff to compile accurate information for external enquiries (e.g., due diligence), and verifying its accuracy prior to submission.
- Organising a variety of training sessions, meetings, and conferences involving both internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing the quality assurance team’s filing systems and archival records.
- Maintaining and updating the Quality Department’s annual calendar of events and deadlines.
- Coordinating the publication of IPSE’s online student satisfaction surveys.
- Liaising with student representatives to facilitate student engagement in quality assurance processes.
- Assisting the Quality Manager and Associate Dean / Dean in scheduling and coordinating teaching observations.
- Experience of quality assurance in a higher education setting (preferably private higher education).
- Knowledge of the UK higher education regulatory environment and the role of quality assurance in a higher education provider.
- Exceptional written English and experience of preparing formal correspondences.
- High level of proficiency in using IT applications, such as MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good interpersonal and communicative skills.
- Ability to independently manage tasks to meet deadlines.

- Ideally educated to Higher National Diploma level and/or experience within a similar role in food manufacturing
- Experience of managing a team and leading people
- Holds a Level 2/3 food safety certification
- Basic knowledge of weight legislation and allergen awareness/ practical management of allergens
- Experienced working with computer systems
- Understanding of internal audit process and technical key performance indicators
- Has CCP training including Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) principles for Manufacturing Unit
- Experience and knowledge of good manufacturing practice (GMP)
- Demonstratable non-conformance reporting techniques
- Microbiological awareness - understanding of basic of food safety
