- Administer medication and manage treatment protocols safely
- Provide support with mobility, pressure relief, personal care, and hygiene
- Liaise effectively with families, GPs, and multidisciplinary professionals
- Maintain accurate and CQC-compliant records
Key Clinical Expertise (Preferred)
- PEG feeding and safe tube site management
- Catheter and stoma care using aseptic techniques
- Ventilator support and routine circuit checks
- Tracheostomy care and emergency response protocols
- Input/output and fluid balance monitoring
What We’re Looking For
- < i>Valid NMC registration (RN or RMN)
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in complex care or mental health settings
- UK driving licence or reliable transport in Usk/Monmouth area
- Clinical confidence, empathy, and excellent communication skills
