**Your role and responsibilities**
An Application Architect specialising in ServiceNow is responsible for assessing client business needs and recommending ServiceNow implementation solutions tailored to those requirements. They possess expertise in estimating, implementing, and managing ServiceNow tools, as well as integrating them with other systems in the ecosystem. This role includes leading ServiceNow implementation projects, managing effort estimation, planning, execution, conducting architectural analysis, and estimating infrastructure requirements.
* Defining and detailing the scope of technical requirements into solution architecture and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint.
* Understands client's business challenges and offering solution to address business needs.
* Recommends experience in designing workflows to implement business processes.
* Being familiar with executing system and user acceptance testing, user adoption, managing change and training methods.
* Provides advisory to clients on their ServiceNow roadmap
* Actively participates in understanding customer problems
**Required technical and professional expertise**
