The Opportunity
Due to a company restructure, we are seeking Production Technicians to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be assembling components and products to high standards of quality and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble a variety of component sub-assemblies and electro-mechanical products
- Perform tasks such as kitting, trimming, modifying, packing, and labelling
- Hand soldering and component identification
- Work from drawings and Bills of Material (BoM)
- Operate assembly machinery (training provided)
- Log progress through our MRP system and ensure accurate timing of operations
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen)
- Adhere to company quality standards (ISO 9001 / ISO and health & safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- A flexible, reliable, and team-oriented individual
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation
- Previous experience in electronics or manufacturing is desirable but not essential

The responsibilities of this role are:
- Leadership of the production packing area
- Open and clear communication and measurement of the KPIs in all areas.
- Full responsibility for HSE, driving a positive culture across operations.

- Ensure all areas work to the current high quality and technical standards.
- Reporting to and supporting the Head of Operations.

- Manufacturing or Warehouse background in food, drink or FMCG manufacturing.
- A detailed working knowledge of plant and process capabilities.
- Able to manage the process improvement journey.
