We're looking for a Project Management Lead to lead and deliver high-quality API-based solutions to customers and partners, and to contribute to the company's overall success by helping to achieve its growth, revenue, and customer success goals.
Reporting to the Global Head of Operations, the Project Management Lead will:
- Assist in setting the strategic direction for the project management team and aligning it with the company's overall goals
- Oversee the execution of projects and provide guidance and support to project managers, including;
- Managing resources and budgets
- Communicating with stakeholders and keeping them updated on project progress
- Identifying and mitigating risks
- Resolving issues and conflicts
- Tracking and improving metrics
- Work with colleagues on our Engineering and Product teams to ensure consistently high-quality project delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to uplift existing project management processes and improve the company's ability to deliver API-based solutions successfully
- Lead a team of project managers, providing mentorship and coaching, and helping them to develop their skills and knowledge
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project management team, with a specific focus on API-based solution delivery
Requirements
You must demonstrate the following:
- 5+ years of experience in collaborative, complex, multi-partner system integration projects, in the credit credit payments space, delivered to enterprise or government clients
- Experience leading and managing complex delivery projects using a variety of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Experience in establishing effective project governance and stakeholder communications
- Solid understanding of API-based integrations and related documentation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience leading a small team in the project management space
Other favourable experiences:
- Experience working with cloud computing platforms and SaaS solutions to deliver API-based solutions
- Experience in the mobility-as-a-service space or with automated fare collection
- An understanding of the credit card payment processing industry, including the different types of processors, fees, and compliance requirements
- Experience implementing process improvement methodologies
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- A project management certification, such as PMP or PRINCE2

**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Project Management Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned market or client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives.
This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
+ Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
+ Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
+ Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.
+ Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
+ Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals.
+ Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.
+ Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
+ Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
+ Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
+ Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.

**What You'll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
+ Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
+ Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
+ Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

Job Title: Project Manager
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, are recruiting a Project Manager to join the team located in London.
Purpose Of The Job
Have full accountability and responsibility for the safe management and delivery of project works in line with business processes and procedures working alongside contract teams and client to generate pipeline sales and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1.Identify and develop a short/medium and long term pipeline of Project opportunities from the portfolio of customers within the Business Unit.
2.Use the LCR and FMR to build long term capex plans for customers.
3.Leverage opportunities through visibility and presence on customer sites.
4.Liaise with colleagues and managers to determine and identify project opportunities. Use case studies to promote business and host key decision makers on show site tours.
5.Liaise with key stakeholders on their requirements and explain feasibility of their schemes to become a trusted advisor.
6.Work with developers, designers and sub-contractors to define and document scope(s) of work(s). Develop and understand the full scope of works in line with the desired project business case and in turn outcome. This is to be within agreed budget requirements and required profit margins.
7.Manage, run and draw up tenders on behalf of the customer as required. Carry out full tender analysis of all sub-contractor returns.
8.Work within the current CDM process. In the main taking on the role of principle contractor.
9.Identify, reduce and manage all statutory and commercial risks associated with the project they are leading.
10.Ensure CBRE QHSE practices and processes are fully embedded in each project.
11.Ensure full compliance with project management policies and procedures.
12.Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s) "end to end". Activities to include but not be limited to estimating, business development, quantity surveying, sub-contractor management and site manager duties.
13.Work closely with relevant stake holders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s).
14.Ensure customer acceptance is adhered to, in writing and in line with the project plans.
15.Mutually agree payment schedules and applications for payment to the benefit of the project and the business.
16.Ensures project documents are complete, current and appropriately stored.
17.Provide timely monthly reports to the Head of Projects/Business Unit Director in an agreed format.
18.Manage commercial terms to eliminate risk
