Procurement Project Manager – European Data Centre Projects

£100,000 - £120,000

London (with European travel)

Are you a RICS-qualified Project Manager looking to take the lead on some of Europe’s most innovative and mission-critical developments? This is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking consultancy with a proven track record of delivering bespoke solutions across complex, high-profile construction projects. You’ll be joining a dynamic Preconstruction team, playing a pivotal role in shaping large-scale Data Centre schemes from concept through to delivery. From leading design teams to managing procurement strategies, your influence will be central in steering projects through early RIBA stages and ensuring successful outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading projects through RIBA Stages 1–4, from scoping to procurement
  • Procuring, appointing, and managing design and professional teams
  • Driving consultant performance, ensuring progress against programme and budget
  • Reporting and engaging with senior internal stakeholders to align delivery goals
  • Supporting procurement and tendering of general contractors
  • Maintaining oversight of design and cost targets to achieve project milestones

What we’re looking for:

  • Chartered Project Manager (MRICS or equivalent), ideally with 3–5 years post-qualification experience
  • Proven track record in both UK and European markets
  • Strong experience in Data Centre projects (essential)
  • Confident managing complex procurement, design, and stakeholder processes
  • Familiarity with FIDIC or JCT contracts (preferred)
  • Technical understanding of building services/MEP design (advantageous)

Why join?

This is more than just another project management role—it’s a chance to work on cutting-edge developments that are shaping the future of Europe’s data infrastructure. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values expertise, fresh thinking, and tailored solutions over “off-the-shelf” delivery.

If you’re ready to bring your experience to high-profile, challenging projects in an environment where no two assignments are the same, we’d love to hear from you.
