Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis, networking, and proactive client engagement.
- Advise clients on strategic acquisitions, disposals, and leasing of commercial properties (office, retail, industrial, land).
- Conduct comprehensive market research and provide insightful analysis on property values, trends, and investment potential.
- Manage the entire transaction process, from initial client consultation through to negotiation and closing.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and marketing strategies for property portfolios.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and industry professionals.
- Negotiate lease agreements and sale contracts to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
- Stay abreast of market dynamics, legislative changes, and economic factors impacting the commercial real estate sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (legal, financial) as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets.
- Mentor junior members of the advisory team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate advisory, brokerage, or investment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex transactions and achieving significant sales/leasing volumes.
- Extensive knowledge of the UK commercial property market, with a strong network of contacts.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a demanding workload in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in CRM software and real estate market data platforms.
- RICS qualification or equivalent professional accreditation is highly desirable.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a strong drive for success.
