Salary: 50,000 - 55,500 DOE
Are you ready to make an impact? We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Systems Analyst to be a vital part of our data team. In this role, you'll ensure our asset management systems are accessible and efficient for all users. If you have a passion for data and technology, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with System Owners to provide rapid responses to all requests, ensuring our stakeholders across Transmission are engaged and supported.
- Develop and maintain maintenance and inspection scripts for mobile operations, driving efficiency in our processes.
- Monitor and enhance system-specific KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and update process maps and standard operating procedures for the system team, ensuring they stay relevant and effective.
What We're Looking For:
- Working with our System Owners to provide a rapid response on all requests. Engaging our stakeholders across Transmission to support on system projects, issues and system development.
- Maintaining and developing scripts for mobile operations.
- Monitoring and enhancing system specific KPI's.
- Managing the system team process maps and standard operating procedures, ensuring they remain relevant.
- IBM Maximo is a big plus
- Asset Management experience is a must
