This is an ideal opportunity for QTS tutors looking for rewarding, flexible work in September. Morning, afternoon, and evening sessions are available - choose what works best for your schedule.
What You'll be Doing:
- Deliver focused, engaging GCSE Maths or English tuition tailored to individual learning levels and goals.
- Recap KS3 foundation and introduce key GCSE topics to give students a head start.
- Create personalised, student-led lesson plans to address gaps and build confidence.
- Adapt your teaching style to support a variety of learners, including those with SEN.
- Track progress and share updates with parents or educational coordinators.
What We're Looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching/tutoring GCSE Maths and/or English.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a classroom or 1:1 tuition setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
- Experience supporting learners with Autism or additional needs is a plus.
