The Job:
This role is part of our Saab Seaeye Business Unit in Fareham.
You will support the quality team with the day to day departmental systems and functions, co-ordinating departmental data management and analysis. Improve product quality through continuous improvement and other quality tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Be responsible for Quality data and reporting.
Collation of the ROV System documentation.
Review and administrate change requests on behalf of the Quality department.
Conduct fault investigations when electromechanical and electronic faults are identified from production.
Maintain and be the focal point of contact for the customer complaints system
Produce analysis from Internal and external fault matrix and propose corrective and preventative actions to prevent reoccurrence of faults identifying fault trends.
Champion Continuous Quality Improvement.
Conduct internal Quality audits.
Assist production personnel in resolving quality issues.
To use personal judgement and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles in day to day activities and procedures within the specified role.
To maintain personal ability in, and appropriate use of, all relevant IT (Information and Technology) and other systems required to adequately perform the role.
