Real Estate finance solicitor - 2+ PQE - Up to £60,000 salary
We've partnered exclusively with an established Property company looking to establish an in-house legal team, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced in Real Estate finance & bridging finance solicitor to step into a new and exciting role to help shape the future of the firms Legal arm.
The successful applicant will be an experienced solicitor with at least 2 years PQE specialising in Real Estate finance & Bridging finance matters, specifically acting for both lenders and borrowers, an understanding of distressed property would be advantageous.
You'll be working alongside the firms longstanding In-house council acting for the firms major client base within the property recovery sector, working on time sensitive quick turnaround deals.
Whilst this is a new legal team, they are already setup for success. The firm are on all the major lender panels and is currently working closely with the firms HR Business Partner to develop the necessary steps for an individual to hit the ground running.
The Candidate
- An experienced Real Estate finance solicitor with at least 2 years PQE
- Experience acting on behalf of both borrowers and lenders
- An understanding of property receivership and Insolvency matters
- Ability to maintain and develop new and existing client relationships
- Work closely and collegiately with the current In-house Legal Partner
- Excellent organisation, time-management and IT skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
