A well-respected national law firm is seeking a Plot Sales Lawyer (NQ-2 PQE) to join its thriving Real Estate team in Uxbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dedicated residential development team handling high-volume plot sales work for major housebuilders and developers.
The Role
You will work closely with an experienced team advising national and regional developers on residential plot sales and site set-ups, including:
* Managing a caseload of residential plot sales from reservation to completion
* Drafting contracts, transfers, and other transactional documentation
* Assisting with large-scale development site set-ups
* Liaising with clients, agents, and buyers' solicitors to ensure smooth transactions
* Supporting senior fee earners with broader residential development matters
