  • In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
  • Passion for sourcing high-quality, seasonal, and local ingredients.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with staff, management, and suppliers.
  • A recognised culinary qualification or equivalent professional experience.
  • Residency or valid work permit for the UK and availability to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
