Details of location and shift pattern:

Location - Company Shop St Helens, Lancots Lane, St Helens, WA9 3EX

Rate of pay - £12.95 per hour, paid every 4 weeks

Shifts/Hours - Working 40 hours each week on a rota basis. Shifts will be scheduled between 12pm and 10pm from Monday to Friday, and between 6am and 9pm on Saturday and 7am and 9pm Sunday

Please note the successful candidate will be required to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays

About the role

The **Season Field Sales Executives** will work with a team who are responsible for raising Nestlé Confectionery brand performance, awareness, and availability across UK retailers. The Customer Service Administrator Role

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be a key member of our Administration Team providing accurate data entry for legal contracts. Key responsibilities include: 

  • Data entry of contracts for our sales team
  • Inputting information into our internal systems and databases
  • Assisting with queries from colleagues
  • Updating information as and when required
  • Working towards and achieving set targets in line with company structure
  • Building strong relationships with management, colleagues and internal customers to ensure excellent service levels at all times

Requirements

Customer Service Administrator Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience with good IT skills 
  • Good attention to detail as you must work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work using your own initiative and be a good team player
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
