What You’ll Do

  • Establish robust measurement frameworks that leverage data to prove the effectiveness of retail media, and provide actionable insights for internal teams and brand partners, including incrementality, attribution, ROAS, and customer lifetime value

What You’ll Bring

  • Significant experience in a senior Retail Media role, with a proven track record of building and scaling media propositions within a marketplace, publisher, tech platform, or retailer
  • Deep understanding of digital media formats – from sponsored placements and CRM, to programmatic and native ad products
  • Commercially-minded with experience developing media products that drive both brand impact and measurable performance
  • Strong leadership, influencing and communication skills – able to engage at all levels internally and externally
  • A data-focused approach, with the ability to translate insights into actionable media plans
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where agility and collaboration are key
  • Knowledge of retail media tools that can help drive efficiencies and process improvement as the function scales
  • Prior experience in Grocery would be highly advantageous

  • Train, motivate and lead the on-site sales teams on sites within your responsibility to achieve agreed KPI’s, including but not limited to, sales rates & 5* Customer Service.
  • Ensure sales are negotiated to required sales rates, achieving maximum revenue with minimal incentives.
  • Close supervision of the progress of existing sales and part exchanges to ensure the achievement of target exchanges and legal completions with specific attention to monthly forecast, ensuring all are working to a common goal and stakeholders are aware of potential risks.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the local market, for both new build and second-hand competitors, with awareness of the market conditions. Make recommendations for improvements to marketing activity in order to drive enquiries

  • Provide market research information in order to agree sales volume and prices.

  • Attend internal and external meetings as required and ensure completion of relevant reports.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join our team within Vistry North Midlands, at our Bestwood site (NG5 5JZ). As our Assistant Site Manager, you will be assisting the Site Manager in ensuring site compliance with health and safety, coordinating subcontractors and materials, and maintaining construction quality. The Assistant Site Manager will drive the support of site operations, inspections, snagging, and customer-facing activities to ensure a safe and efficient build process.
