Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) – Nursing Home – near Leatherhead
We are proud to be partnering with a reputable care group currently seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join their dedicated multidisciplinary team in a 40-bedded nursing home specialising in mental health conditions .
Location: Leatherhead
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: 33 hours per week (3 x 12-hour shifts: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM)
Rate: £24.00 - £5.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
As an RMN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents living with various mental health conditions. Working within a supportive, professional team, you will help enhance residents’ quality of life, dignity, and independence.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC PIN (RMN Registration)
- Previous experience working in mental health care settings (nursing homes, hospitals, or supported living)
- Strong communication and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:
