As a Sales Advisor based in our Luton branch you’ll be responsible for:
Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendation
Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude
Placing customer orders on the system
Proactively follow up on back orders
Maximise sales opportunities, up-selling where possible and following up on other opportunities (e.g. quotations/price enquiries)

Experience in the Plumbing & Heating Industry is ideal
Previous face to face customer service experience
To be a team player who is happy to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch

Assisting customers at the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations whilst cross selling and up-selling.
Dealing with customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
Making phone calls to lapsed customers to regain their business.
Speaking to suppliers to get costings for items.
Completing general warehouse duties, including goods in and picking and packing customers orders for delivery or collection.
Ensuring merchandising displays in the branch are to a high standard.
This is full time permanent position 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 07.30 am - 4.30pm and Saturday mornings on a rota basis from 08.00am – 12.00pm
