Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with fitting room selections, offering styling suggestions and alternatives.

- Replenish stock on the shop floor and ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-organized.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and receiving new merchandise.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health, safety, and security.
- Build strong relationships with customers, fostering a sense of community and brand advocacy.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and competitor activities.
- Previous experience in a retail sales role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with people.
- A passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Strong sales aptitude and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- A keen interest in fashion and an understanding of retail trends.
