At Giant Group, we’re excited to offer an incredible opportunity for an Inbound Sales Advisor internally known as Welcome Team Advisor to join our growing team.


What we offer:

Salary: £25,000 per annum + £12,000 OTE (uncapped commission)

Hours : 37hrs, Mon – Fri 9am to 7pm (rotational shifts)

Contract type: Permanent

Work Location: Hybrid- Uxbridge

About the role

As an Inbound Sales Advisor in our Welcome Team , you will have an impact in increasing our customer base by identifying their needs and showcasing Giant’s solutions. Therefore, you will be a main point of contact, handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting our range of products and services, and ultimately achieving sales.


Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Taking inbound and making outbound calls to warm leads.
  • Meeting set KPI’s for conversion rates, activity levels and sales targets.
  • Handling objections to encourage customer sign-ups.
  • Manage customer emails and enquiries effectively.
  • Taking the customer through the onboarding process using our CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.


Your ideal experience & competencies

Ideally you would have at least 2 years’ experience in a customer service/onboarding role or alternatively educated to a degree level.

  • You can only excel in this role with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Being great at building rapport and relationships with your customers, adding value and always being humble.
  • Having tenacity and a proven track record hitting activity and sales targets.
  • You must be able to demonstrate the ability to learn about umbrella company services and possess a high level of resilience with a passion to develop technical, operational and product knowledge, and with a drive to add value to your customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Teams; and updating CRM systems.
