We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Operators to join our existing team to help deliver support to patients, GPs and other Healthcare professionals across the UK & Ireland. No previous healthcare experience is required as we provide full training.

We are a 24/7 service and as such we have both daytime and evening opportunities available. However, we do ask for a minimum contractual commitment of 16 hours per week which could include weekend working. Our shift patterns are based around the core hours of 06:00 - 23:00.

**Purpose of the Role**
As a Sales Associate, you will support the growth and retention of business across our Endomech and energy surgical portfolios. You will work closely with the Sales team and Regional Sales Manager to contribute to sales targets, while also participating in key project-based initiatives that drive innovation, efficiency, and customer engagement.
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop core sales skills while gaining exposure to cross-functional projects that shape the future of our business.

- Assist in achieving regional sales targets by supporting account activity & customer engagement.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and surgical teams.
