JOB RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITY, AND AUTHORITY



Activities (Doing):

  • Manage incoming sales enquiries from consultants, contractors, and end-users.
  • Create new business opportunities via outgoing emails & calls.
  • Interpret specifications and select suitable PPS products and systems.
  • Prepare and issue quotes, technical datasheets, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist clients in navigating product options, compliance requirements, and compatibility.
  • Track proposals and follow up to close deals, log updates in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability, delivery timelines, and non-standard item reviews.

Sales KPIs:

  1. Quote-to-Order Conversion: >45% on qualified leads
  2. Quote Timeliness: >95% of quotes issued within 48 hours for standard systems
  3. Proposal Accuracy: <3% needing revisions or client corrections
  4. Follow-Up Rate: >90% of quotes followed up within 5 working days
  5. CRM Compliance: 100% use of CRM to log and manage opportunities
  6. Make a minimum of 20 outgoing calls per day or 100 per week.
