- Manage incoming sales enquiries from consultants, contractors, and end-users.
- Create new business opportunities via outgoing emails & calls.
- Interpret specifications and select suitable PPS products and systems.
- Prepare and issue quotes, technical datasheets, and supporting documentation.
- Assist clients in navigating product options, compliance requirements, and compatibility.
- Track proposals and follow up to close deals, log updates in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability, delivery timelines, and non-standard item reviews.

- CRM Compliance: 100% use of CRM to log and manage opportunities
- Make a minimum of 20 outgoing calls per day or 100 per week.
