What you'll be doing.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, you'll set the strategy to develop compelling and insight-driven brand propositions that deliver audience growth and engagement.

You'll be part of our marketing centre of excellence and will implement brand-building best practice across Future’s brands. You'll generate a deep understanding of our audiences and work cross-functionally to generate new brand strategies and ensure successful, measurable outcomes.

  • Experience leading branding and brand strategy efforts for digital media brands
  • Experience with media business models such as advertising, data, paid subscriptions
  • Experience working with international brands and marketing teams

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Food Science, Psychology, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Extensive experience (around 7+ years) in consumer and market research (or 4+ years with a Master’s degree) within market research or CPG industries.

  • Expertise in research methodologies, experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills to translate insights into business strategies.

  • Experience with Proficiency in Design Thinking and consumer-centric innovation approaches.

  • Strong leadership, facilitation, influencing, communication,  and cross-functional collaboration skills.

**Position Summary**
Here at Nespresso, we are recruiting for a Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) Lead to join our team. Nespresso is a global powerhouse brand that has revolutionised the portioned coffee market. **A day in the life of a CMI Lead.**
By proactively owning the external environment, you will enhance our understanding of consumer and product-specific viewpoints related to coffee and machines. Your role will be crucial in driving actionable insights that influence strategic decisions, ensuring Nespresso's continued competitive positioning in the market. Your key responsibilities will include:
**Market and Competitor Intelligence:**
+ Lead and own market share analysis, forecasting, and insight reporting, providing timely updates to the Market Leadership Team (MLT) and the wider business.
+ Identify key business opportunities and risks through close tracking of competitor activity.
+ Develop proactive reports and tracking studies that drive business strategy, identifying major trends and opportunities.
+ Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential partnerships in collaboration with HQ and other stakeholders.
+ Stay at the forefront of strategic MI advancements, including automation, AI, and predictive tools.
**Consumer Intelligence:**
+ Monitor shifts in consumer needs and behaviours, providing timely insights to influence decision-making.
+ Act as a strategic business partner to cross-functional teams, delivering data-led consumer and shopper insights.
+ Identify current and future consumer trends related to consumption and machine purchases.
+ Benchmark Nespresso's performance against industry standards and competitors.
**Research Management:**
+ Lead the development of the research program, ensuring alignment with business stakeholders.
+ Manage research agency relationships, driving collaboration and high-quality outputs.
+ Design and deliver the consumer research roadmap, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.

We are currently seeking a Data Analyst for a temporary contract (6 month) to join our Global Intelligence Team based in the UK. The energy industry is undergoing a major repositioning, with more companies pursuing conventional oil and gas exploration and development as well as increasing investments in renewable energy. The ideal candidate should be a be self-starter with an inquisitive mind and interested in all areas of the energy industry. Enverus embraces a hybrid remote and in office employment model to balance flexibility and maintaining a constructive environment for collaboration, culture, and mentorship.
Performance Objectives
+ Primarily responsible for gathering, interpretation, QC and entry of information relating to the energy industry into our GIS database system and generation of our Global Intelligence product.
+ Assist our regional experts in gathering information to include current, planned and historic activity covering oil & gas licensing, seismic, drilling, field development, production and renewables.
+ Information processing, standardizing, QC and entry of energy data into a GIS database ensuring accurate, complete and timely population of content.
+ Product generation. Technical production of Enverus Global product suite ensuring consistent information is delivered to weekly and monthly deadlines including creation of regional activity maps and contribution to editorial content.
+ Promotion of Enverus Global products. Interfacing with clients and the industry to support the product suite and promote the company at industry events. Opportunities to travel/work internationally'
