As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in guiding purchasers through the entire home-buying journey, from off-plan reservation and choices selection to build updates, site visits, and final handover.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a confident and organised individual with a proven track record in off-plan property sales . You’ll be customer-focused, highly motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of COINS would be an advantage, but it’s not essential – what matters most is your ability to deliver
exceptional service and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage enquiries and guide clients through the buying journey from reservation to completion
- Confidently negotiate reservations and secure sales
- Provide regular updates on build progress
- Coordinate client choices and extras
- Ensure compliance with health and safety during site visits
- Conduct market research and report findings to the Sales Director
- Assist with marketing events and promotional activities
- Maintain a presentable and welcoming sales suite/show home
- Handle client queries and deliver outstanding customer care
- Oversee property handovers on completion
- Understand build programmes and industry standards
Key Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the property industry
- Proven experience in off-plan property sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Birchwood Group is a forward-looking company with retail stores, workshops and facilities based across the south coast of Sussex and Hampshire.
Reporting to the Sales manager, we are looking for an experienced highly motivated individual, ready to hit the ground running, with a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service, to join our busy sales department at our Kia dealership in Chichester.
This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You will support and guide customers every step of the way throughout the purchase of their new vehicle.
Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Identify and encourage potential customers
- Provide great customer service
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet customer needs/expectations
- Produce suitable options to the customer and adapt to their buying strategy
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
- Liaise with colleagues and other departments to provide seamless service
- Other duties as required
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- Solid and extensive sales experience is essential (preferably within the automotive industry)
- Approachable
- Strong communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Passion for cars
- Flexible with a positive outlook and a team player
Package:
- Salary: £16,000 + Bonus (OTE £50,000.00)
- Hours: 42.5hrs per week - Monday to Friday - 08:30 to 18:00, Saturday 08.30 to 17.00
- Car: Company vehicle provided
- Holiday: 22 days per year + bank holidays
- Benefits: Health cash plan and perks, Employee Assistance Programme, company pension, subsidised vehicle purchase and aftersales scheme (upon completion of probation)
