I'm working with a client based in London, who are looking for a new Sales Specialist to join their team. You MUST have experience within either the glass, or constriction industry.
The role is fully office based in the London office, working 8.30am-5.30am
Salary - up to 45,000 basic, with uncapped commission on top, OTE 60,000 per annum
A really nice office environment, with a great team that you will be joining. Having a strong sales background is essential for this role.
There is overtime also optional for this role, with weekend work being paid at 100 per day!
It is a NON pressured environment, with a casual dress code in place.

Join our AWS Sales Specialist business unit leading a high-performing sales team that specializes in selling Amazon FSx for NetApp ONTAP (FSxN). Leverage both the AWS field sales team as well as our own field sales team to drive revenue and pipeline. As we continue our strategic move to the cloud, you will be leading that initiative and executing our cloud Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
As the Manager of the AWS Sales Specialist team, you will own our FSxN business for both Global and Enterprise accounts across EMEA. You will manage a team of direct reports that represents a significant portion of our overall AWS business. As the leader of the AWS Sales team, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent and managing your team to drive FSxN revenue and pipeline generation. You will also be responsible for forecasting, pipeline management, sales enablement, and developing and delivering on GTM strategies. Establishing executive relationships with both our field sales team and the AWS sales team is critical.
**Job Requirements**
+ Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for NetApp AWS solutions, with a focus on Amazon FSxN.
+ Lead and manage a team of AWS sales specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team achieves sales targets and delivers exceptional customer service.
+ Guide the team to identify and target potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.

**Education**
+ Minimum of 7 years of related experience in cloud sales management.
+ Proven ability to motivate and lead a team of sales specialists.
+ Ability to embrace and manage change in a rapidly evolving environment.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions independently.
