My growing and prestigious client based in Dartford is looking to recruit for an Sales Executive to join their well established team of 5. You will be immersing yourself within the financial services industry engaging with lapsed clients, web enquires, client enquires and other methods to find the best solution for them to service their needs. NO COLD CALLING. You will be a non pushy individual with clients but knowing how close the deal/ find their solution to service them for the next year minimum.
My client has an amazing culture where the team has long standing management and members of staff whom have become very knowledgeable through continuous internal and external training to ensure they are keeping up to date with FCA regulations and legislations but also new products coming to the team.
Day to day of the Sales Executive:
- Registering new and lapsed client details onto the internal system ensuring you are gaining correct identification and information.
- Presenting correct details of the individuals to third party to gain the perfect solution for them.
- Being honest with clients if you cannot help them at that point due to certain requirements but building a good relationship with them for possible future business.
- Managing lapsed clients, web enquires, inbound calls from new clients, and those who have signed up to the website with my client and engaging with them to understand their needs.
- Completing roughly 5060 quotes a week and trying to convert these into closing the deal but not being too pushy.
- Delivering fantastic customer service to client inbound enquires and passing onto relevant teams on clients needs.
- Adhering to FCA regulations and producing documentation for clients to ensure all businesses are protected and reading certain scripts due to nature of business.
- Identifying vulnerable clients and giving them as much support as possible to support their needs.
- Meeting targets and KPI's which can differ per month dependent on holiday, sickness and warm leads accessibility.
Requirements of the Sales Executive:
- Previous experience of working within the financial services industry such as banking, pensions, insurance, investments, debt recovery etc.
- Experience of delivering fantastic customer service via phone and email.
- Experience of reaching KPI's, that could be call numbers, booking appointments, meeting call quality etc
- Good numerical skills.
