We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Chartwells on a part time basis, contracted to 15 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities may include:

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported
• Being a responsible key holder
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
• Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times

The Cleaning Services Assistant will deliver a range of cleaning services within the sports centre and Racecourse pavilion, including the cleaning and servicing of sports activity areas changing rooms and toilets, offices and common areas , used by stakeholders. The role involves an element of physical manual handling which can include lifting .

T he postholder will be required to work evenings, weekends and unsociable hours as part of a rota . Hours will vary Monday to Sunday 6.30 to 22.30.
