The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor device fabrication processes, such as lithography, etching, deposition, or CMP. You will be proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies, including SPC, DoE, and FMEA. Experience in cleanroom environments and a thorough understanding of semiconductor equipment are essential. You will work closely with equipment engineers, R&D scientists, and production staff to achieve production targets and drive continuous improvement initiatives. **Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance yield, throughput, and quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor process parameters and statistical process control (SPC) charts.
- Collaborate with equipment engineers to ensure optimal equipment performance and uptime.
- Support new process development and technology transfer into manufacturing.
- Create and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical training.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing process engineering.
- Proven experience with statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE).
- Familiarity with various semiconductor fabrication processes (e.g., lithography, etch, deposition).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
