The role will involve leading structured problem resolutions and developing process strategy to meet the business technical roadmap requirements. Our client, a leader in advanced manufacturing, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to join their state-of-the-art semiconductor fabrication facility in Brighton. This is a critical, on-site role where you will be instrumental in optimising and troubleshooting complex manufacturing processes. You will leverage your expertise in process control, yield improvement, and statistical analysis to enhance the efficiency and quality of semiconductor production. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing process improvements, conducting root cause analysis for process deviations, and collaborating with R&D teams on new technology integration.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor device fabrication processes, such as lithography, etching, deposition, or CMP. You will be proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies, including SPC, DoE, and FMEA. Experience in cleanroom environments and a thorough understanding of semiconductor equipment are essential. You will work closely with equipment engineers, R&D scientists, and production staff to achieve production targets and drive continuous improvement initiatives. **Qualifications:**

- Familiarity with various semiconductor fabrication processes (e.g., lithography, etch, deposition).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
