This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-level professional with hands-on experience in ERP systems, automation, and business process optimisation to contribute to a growing business's digital transformation journey.
The Business Systems Developer will serve as the primary administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central , ensuring stability, security, and scalability of core systems. This role will play a crucial part in streamlining workflows across finance, operations, and reporting functions, with a focus on reducing manual processes and driving automation.
This position offers clear progression opportunities , with scope to grow into a more senior or leadership role as the business expands its systems and digital strategy. While the role currently has no direct reports , prior team leadership or management experience would be highly advantageous for future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Dynamics 365 Business Central, including custom AL extensions, configurations, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using tools like Power Automate and APIs.
- Support integrations with CRM, finance platforms, and e-commerce systems.
- Maintain data integrity across systems and contribute to the development of Power BI dashboards .
