**Job Description**
Sprinklr is looking for a pre-sales Lead Solutions Consultant who will partner with Sales and Customer Success on our Large Enterprise prospects & global strategic clients. Solutions Consultants are instrumental in the sales cycle and account relationship, bringing their technical and industry expertise to create compelling solutions for customers.
As a Lead Solutions Consultant you will know Sprinklr's offerings to a degree where you are able to differentiate our offerings to our customers so they can realize the outcomes and benefits they are looking to achieve. It will be imperative to partner with sales and customer success to be proactive in uncovering a customer's current and future states in order to roadmap an end-to-end solution. Internal and external stakeholders will view you as a strategic advisor. You will be a clear communicator who can command a room from C-suite down to practitioner. You should be as comfortable in front of a screen as you are with a whiteboard.

Solution Consultants will partner with sales to attain their revenue goals by owning the technical win' as key member of the account team through:

Our consulting teams will be typically working on either an intense diagnostic or on multi-year, multi-million-pound transformation programmes with the guarantee of a delivery outcome to our clients. It is crucial that we understand the client fully to identify the biggest opportunity for improvement, design the right solutions and work hand-in-hand with the client to implement these in a way that is sustainable. We work where our client works which can often mean working away from home during the week.  

As a Principal Consultant in Newton, you will be leading your client and team through complex delivery transformation with accountability for delivering a significant value to the client which could be ~£5m. You will be typically managing a team of multi-disciplined consultants across multiple workstreams. You will have been building your presence as a leader in your current organisation, putting significant effort into developing your team and starting to develop your business development skills through things like spotting opportunities for future work.

The role is incredibly varied but would typically cover, but not be limited to:

·    For a large part of a programme or a small engagement, you will be managing a larger team (up to 8) including matrix management , designing the workstreams (alongside your line manager) that your Lead Consultants and below will deliver, leading senior clients and sponsors on a journey, seeking to assure them of project progress and achieving full client satisfaction

·    Leading on programme governance including reporting, risk/issue/decision management and stakeholder engagement including managing upwards and escalating risks

·    Starting to own part of an account plan and working with other programme leads to define outcomes for connected workstreams as a part of a wider programme

·    Steering your team on the analysis and modelling that needs to happen to identify and/or deliver the opportunity and leading them to create a compelling data-driven narrative at a programme and organisation-wide level and then supporting them with presenting this to the senior client

·    Proactively leaning in to develop your teams , considering their long-term career aspirations and development goals and how you can best support them

·    Proactively identifying how your project team can contribute to wider market and account engagement activities and progressing this ‘side of desk’ in support of your account leadership team

Successful recruitment will see you hired into one of our Clusters: Defence & Infrastructure, Public or Consumer. During your onboarding that chosen cluster will commit to scheduling you into the right client programmes with the right support to adapt to Newton’s core approach to programme delivery. Requirements

A Principal Consultant in Newton is likely to be a top end Manager or early Senior Manager in another consulting firm (or equivalent titles), leading a large part of a programme or having overall delivery responsibility of a small client engagement.

We will be looking for demonstrable experience in delivering multiple operational transformation and improvement projects which have delivered tangible, measurable outcomes across any of the following markets:

Nuclear: little more about your role.**
+ As a recognised and well-connected expert in delivering system safety to the Nuclear industry, you will be leading and providing innovative solutions to our Clients through the generation of safety services, e.g. planning, safety engineering and risk analysis assessments across the project lifecycle (design, construction, testing, operation, decommissioning).
+ With a pragmatic systems thinking approach and a desire to strive for the highest quality standards, you will enjoy working with safety critical systems in an intensely regulated safety environment and will have demonstrated capability in the provision of licensing support and production of Nuclear Safety Cases in support of safety certifications.
+ As a lead Nuclear safety specialist, you will be expected to liaise with system developers, systems engineers, testers, equipment operators, facility managers, third-parties and certification and regulatory bodies (e.g. inspectors) and be able to communicate across all levels of the sector.
+ You will also have gained a track record of developing business opportunities in the Nuclear sector and be strongly aware of the competing needs and constraints on capabilities, availabilities of resources, time and cost.

Our PMCM Education team is ready to hire a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of high value and/or complex infrastructure projects involving multidisciplinary teams working for the Department for Education and other similar clients.

Transport and Infrastructure: little more about your role.**
+ Leading project teams to solve complex integration problems for our clients on major infrastructure programmes, both in the Nuclear industry and Rail Industries.
+ Leading tasks within a project environment, leading other resources on larger projects, and having sole accountability for small projects.
+ A recognised expert in systems integration, demonstrating a willingness and openness to provide expert advice to our clients and your colleagues, with a commitment to mentoring Early Career Professionals.

**What we are looking for you to demonstrate.**
+ A degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
+ Chartered status with a relevant professional body.
+ Significant post-degree experience in delivering systems integration in the Nuclear Industry.
+ Experience in the creation and coordination of Systems Engineering and Safety Assurance artefacts such as architectures (functional and system), requirements, verification and validation documents, compliance statements, integrated schedules, design risk assessments (safety and CDM) and FMEA, HAZOP, ALARP assessments.
+ Experience in Systems Engineering across various stages of a project lifecycle.
+ Experience in applying various systems engineering tools (e.g. DOORS) and techniques (e.g. Model-Based Systems Engineering, MBSE) to facilitate the implementation of a model-supported Systems Engineering Approach.
+ Experience in identifying and defining the appropriate approach to systems engineering on projects.
+ Experience in identifying and defining the appropriate application of systems engineering tools on projects.
+ Experience in leading others in delivering systems engineering projects and/or tasks within the Nuclear Sector.
+ A background in client-facing roles, and/or experience in stakeholder engagement.
+ Experience across different lifecycle stages and/or a clear understanding of the Systems Engineering challenges across different stages.
+ Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
+ Innovative Ideas for the development of systems engineering services.
+ Can achieve a national security clearance equivalent to a BPSS standard, or higher, within a reasonable period.

Overview

Steer Economic Development is seeking an evaluation specialist to join our team of high-performing economic development consultants.

You will work on a range of different projects, for national, regional and local public sector clients, including process and impact evaluations, evaluation plans and evaluation scoping studies.

Your skillset will include quantitative and qualitative research techniques, as well as familiarity with a range of evaluation techniques such theory-based methods and counterfactual design.

You will be well versed in HMT Magenta Book and Green Book best practice, and, ideally, will have experience working on evaluations of relevant policy interventions such as in the business support, innovation, Net Zero and/or regeneration domains.

Requirements

• Experience working on process and impact evaluation, ideally in one or more of our key subject areas (net zero, innovation & enterprise, regeneration & housing, transport, strategic infrastructure or skills)

• A degree (2:1 or higher), preferably in Economics or a social science subject.

**Role**
We are looking for an experienced consultant in economic development responsible for supporting our clients to deliver sustainable growth and regeneration. You will play a key role in successfully managing projects, supporting in winning new work, and developing our people ensuring we continue to deliver consultancy support to the highest levels of client satisfaction.
The **Principal Economic Development Consultant** role will sit within the Economics & Economics Development (EED) Team as part of AECOM's Buildings and Places business. The EED Team works across a range of business sectors including energy, nuclear, transport, water, residential, commercial and regeneration. As well as working on major infrastructure projects such as High Speed Two, Sizewell C and the Great Grid Upgrade, we are supporting all tiers of UK government in developing their future growth plans.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Managing or providing technical contributions to projects across the following work areas:
+ Social, economic and/or health impact assessments of infrastructure, energy and development schemes to support planning applications
+ Business case preparation and option appraisals for regeneration projects and programmes;
+ Economic evidence base gathering to inform spatial development plans, either for local, sub-regional or national government clients
+ Undertaking all aspects of consultancy project delivery from project design through to management, delivery and client care
+ Managing and supporting other team members to develop and thrive
+ Ownership of financial responsibilities within projects and assignments
+ Managing day-to-day client relationships and where relevant, third-party contractors and other stakeholders
+ Developing new work winning opportunities including undertaking business development activities and supporting preparation of proposals
**Qualifications**
+ Proven experience gained within a consultancy on economic development projects
+ A track record in economic development with knowledge in some or all of the following areas: impact assessment, case-making, funding bids and investment plans, land use planning, and/or property and real estate analysis
+ Strong project management skills and ability to lead small teams to deliver analysis and reporting for our projects
+ Excellent technical, literacy and numeracy skills.
+ Proven presentation and communication skills including experience of leading and chairing meetings.
+ Experience in responding to tender opportunities or proactive business development would be an advantage
