Our client is seeking a motivated and results-oriented E-commerce Growth Manager to lead their online sales and digital presence on a fully remote basis. This exciting role focuses on driving revenue growth, enhancing customer acquisition, and optimising the overall online shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) techniques. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase website traffic, improve conversion rates, and maximise customer lifetime value. This includes managing paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social ads), overseeing SEO efforts, and developing engaging content strategies. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of successfully managing and growing e-commerce businesses. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and A/B testing methodologies is essential. You will work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from discovery to post-purchase. Strong analytical skills, creativity, and a data-driven approach are key to success in this role. This fully remote position offers the freedom to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on the company's e-commerce success. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive e-commerce revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimise online advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads).
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of compelling content and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyse website performance to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor key e-commerce metrics (e.g., conversion rate, AOV, LTV, ROI).
  • Manage the e-commerce platform and ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service to optimise the fulfilment and support processes.
  • Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities and emerging e-commerce trends.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and provide insights for product and marketing enhancements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in e-commerce management and growth.
  • Demonstrated success in driving online sales and improving conversion rates.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and A/B testing tools.
  • Excellent understanding of customer journey mapping and user experience (UX).
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
