Job Description:ABOUT US
Reflo (WWW.REFLO.COM) have burst onto the apparel scene to bridge the gap between sustainable clothing and high-performance premium sportswear.
Our goals are monumental and go beyond selling a lot of gear - we aim to plant 1 million trees and recycle over 5 million plastic bottles in our first 5 years. That is something we can all be proud of.
We are a start-up that has achieved great things in a very short existence; including signing multi-year international collaborations and bringing onboard Harry Kane as our first global ambassador and investor.
We celebrate our vibrant work culture and boast that our external partners are treated well, therefore our internal environment should echo that. We have created awesome initiatives to ensure our team loves working here, including birthday leave, gym memberships, and a set number of “duvet days.” Plus, don’t miss out on asking about “The Dream Machine”!
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a hands-on Sr. Logistics Executive to drive the day-to-day logistics processes as well as contribute to the long-term strategy. You will manage inbound and outbound shipping, global freight forwarding, vendor relationships, and warehousing, while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness across all logistics functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee global logistics operations for both B2B and DTC, including inbound and outbound shipment routing, freight forwarding, and warehousing.
- Ensure accurate and timely creation of shipping documents, including packing lists, invoices, and purchase orders, to facilitate smooth global operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success, addressing any logistics-related challenges that impact customer experience.
- Develop and implement robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for logistics functions.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring SLA adherence.
- Optimize freight processes with a deep understanding of incoterms, HS codes, and customs regulations.
- Ensure compliance with global shipping and trade regulations.
- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and sustainability initiatives.
- Analyze logistics performance data to develop detailed reports and long-term strategies that provide actionable insights for senior leadership, identify inefficiencies, and support Reflo’s growth through continuous improvement initiatives.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global logistics, customs regulations, supply chain management, and sustainability.
ESSENTIALS
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in global logistics management, preferably within the apparel or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of incoterms, HS codes, freight forwarding, customs compliance, and vendor management.
- Experience working with international suppliers and manufacturers, particularly in Asia.
- Hands-on leader with experience in building and managing logistics teams.
- Proven track record of implementing SOPs and driving process improvements.
- Experience with the creation and management of shipping documents (packing lists, invoices, purchase orders) for international logistics.
- Experience with sustainability initiatives within supply chain logistics is a plus.
IMPORTANTLY
At Reflo, we thrive on collaboration and expect everyone to dive in beyond their core responsibilities! We believe in rolling up our sleeves and working together to achieve our collective goals.
- Embrace a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, seeking opportunities to enhance the team's success and support the development of the sustainability mission across all areas of the business.
- Contribute feedback on process improvements and workflow optimizations for the company including identifying and integrating AI where possible.
- Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
