As an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) with more than 6 months post NMC registration experience you will be expected to deliver exceptional care to patients using services in the Hereford and Worcester area.

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Provide wound care, palliative care, and chronic disease management support.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventative care strategies.
• Monitor patient progress, document observations accurately, and communicate updates to the healthcare team.
• Liaise with GPs, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Respond to urgent care needs and emergencies in the community.
• Conduct health promotion activities and deliver educational sessions in community groups.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for patient documentation and case management.

• Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Significant post-registration experience, preferably with experience in community nursing, district nursing, or a related field.

• Excellent clinical skills, including assessment, medication management, and wound care.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications in basic life support (BLS) and advanced life support (ALS) are desirable.
