What we're looking for & What you'll be doing:

Journey Mapping & Discovery

  • Define multichannel journey maps (awareness → activation → engagement → loyalty) to pinpoint friction points and opportunities for delight
  • Conducted stakeholder workshops to align teams around shared journey visions and key success metrics

Onboarding & Activation

  • Design progressive flows and just-in-time guidance that boosts Day-1 activation

Engagement Loops & Retention

  • Mapped churn triggers via heatmaps and session analytics, then iterated journey touch points for smoother progression

Monetization as Journey Milestone

  • Embedd non-intrusive upsell prompts within natural progression milestones, achieving uplift in membership conversions
  • Align premium feature discovery with player intent signals to minimize disruption

Data-Driven Iteration

  • Employ funnel analysis and cohort tracking to validate journey hypotheses and prioritize high-impact optimizations
  • Establish journey health dashboards (conversion rates, time-to-first-purchase, NPS) for ongoing monitoring and rapid A/B testing
