You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of backend services and APIs using Python and Django framework.
- Architect and implement scalable, secure, and efficient microservices.
- Mentor and guide a team of backend developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
- Conduct code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.

Experience with RESTful APIs, databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is required. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are a must. Experience with asynchronous programming, message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka), and CI/CD tools is highly desirable.
