Location: Bristol - Hybrid
Salary: 40-60,000
Experience: NQ+

We are currently seeking experienced Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence Solicitors to join highly reputable, Legal 500-recognised firms with well-established departments. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a varied caseload of Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence matters from instruction to resolution
- Handle litigated and pre-litigated claims, including complex and high-value cases
- Work independently with minimal supervision while being part of a collaborative team
- Take initial instructions, draft legal documents, and provide clear, practical legal advice
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Engage in business development activities to help grow the department
- Maintain accurate and timely case records in line with firm procedures
- Liaise with clients, counsel, experts, and other parties professionally and effectively
ABOUT YO U
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive NQ+
- Demonstrable experience in managing a caseload in Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence
- Confident communicator with strong client care and negotiation skills
- Able to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines under pressure
- A proactive approach and willingness to be involved in the department's growth
