Are you a skilled Design Delivery Manager with expertise in mobile infrastructure site design?
We're looking for a proactive individual with a strong background in design delivery, supplier management, and customer service. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our design projects are completed efficiently, with quality and compliance at the forefront. Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier Management & Customer Focus: Build strong relationships with design partners, focusing on customer satisfaction and high-quality design outcomes.
- Technical & Quality Oversight: Use your site design expertise to review and approve designs, enforce quality standards, and promote a "right first time" approach.
- Data Analysis & Issue Resolution: Analyze project metrics, resolve design issues, and prevent delays by addressing dependencies and bottlenecks.
- Process & Digital Transformation: Identify and implement improvements, utilizing digital tools to enhance productivity and streamline design workflows.
- Project Delivery & Cost Management: Guide suppliers to meet milestones, evaluate cost-effectiveness, and approve budget-aligned designs.
Requirements:
Essential: Minimum 3 years in telecoms site design or project management, strong MS Office skills, CDM Regulations knowledge, and proven project management experience.
Reviewing site designs and signing them off
Preferred:
Broad understanding of passive and active design disciplines, project management certification (Prince II, Agile), and familiarity with tools like Power BI, Site Tracker, and SharePoint.
