We are offering an outstanding Opportunity for Site Service Engineers! Our client has been providing advanced food production equipment and solutions around the world for over 40 years. They have 120 employees working at two production sites and supply leading food companies in 63 countries-and they keep growing. To support this growth, they’re expanding their Production team and looking for Site Service Engineers to help installing high-quality stainless steel food processing equipment.
Personnel & Site Conduct
- Comply with and promote employee Health & Safety protocols while on site li>Maintain clear communication with team members and subcontractors
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support team morale
- Manufacturing Support
- Ensure all work adheres to Health & Safety regulations during production and assembly
- Follow standards and specifications for quality and compliance
- Support continuous improvement efforts and uphold a clean, professional workspace
- Adhere to production processes and contribute to a right-first-time culture
Site Installations
- Installation of equipment at customer sites, following project plans and timelines
- Work collaboratively subcontractors to ensure installations are delivered safely, 35efficiently, and to specification
- Follow all on-site Health & Safety requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve installation methods and reduce costs
- Represent the company professionally on customer sites and support strong working relationships
Quality & Process
- Champion quality by ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standard, the first time
- Participate in improvement initiatives and share feedback with relevant departments
- Ensure all parts and tools are properly accounted for and booked out in real time
General
- Support effective communication across teams and departments
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Installations Manager

Job Requirements for the Site Services Engineer:

- Provide technical support across the mixing plant and site service departments.
- Supporting with maintaining all site utilities including building systems, access control and CCTV, boilers, plumbing, compressors, pumps, valves, filters, ancillary plant and infrastructure (for example HVAC, compressed air, water, gas & electrical systems)
- Responding to break downs and reactive maintenance.
- Troubleshooting and practical fault finding on plant and mechanical/electrical machinery.
