Join a well-established contractor with over 80 years of experience, working alongside some of the largest housing associations and local councils across the Southeast to maintain quality housing stock. You'll become part of a team that prioritises professional development and career progression.
Coverage Area:
You'll be travelling to properties across North East London and Essex, including Romford, Southend-On-Sea, Grays, Chingford, Hackney and surrounding areas.

Your Responsibilities:
- Carpentry - fitting and hanging doors, skirting boards, architraves, kitchen worktops
- Brickwork - replacing damaged bricks, repointing, installing brick slips
- Plastering - patch repairs up to one square metre
- Rendering - minor repairs including hairline cracks, filling, and patching
- Painting and decorating - both internal and external work
- Fencing - wooden fence replacements
- Drainage - replacement of uPVC guttering and downpipes
Essential Requirements:
- Full manual UK driving licence
- Proven experience in social housing or residential construction
- NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry/Joinery or related trade qualification
- Strong health and safety knowledge
What We Offer:
- Salary: 37,000 per annum
- Vehicle: Company van with fuel card
