You’ll be part of a high-performing maintenance team, working on a rotating 4-3-3 shift pattern (12-hour shifts, days and nights, Monday to Friday). Your focus will be on electrical preventative and reactive maintenance, supporting continuous improvement projects, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of production equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver sustainable electrical preventative maintenance and efficient breakdown response.
- Support autonomous maintenance programs and CI initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and 6S practices.
- Communicate effectively with team leaders and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Take ownership of tasks and contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Qualified in Electrical Engineering (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and principles.
- Experience with electrical maintenance and refurbishment of production equipment.
- Electrical fault-finding skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a team player.

PAY: Base Salary £46,366.65 per annum, increasing on successful completion of probation period.
HOURS: Full-time position based on 4-3-3 day and night shifts, Monday to Friday, 6am–6pm / 6pm–6am.
