This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a vibrant programme of courses, and concerts. You'll help shape the organisation's digital presence, support the launch of a new website, and bring a refreshed brand identity to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media: Create and schedule engaging content across Facebook and Instagram using Canva and Hootsuite. Support campaigns for events, fundraising, and seasonal launches.
- Website: Collaborate with a web agency to build and populate a new site. Write compelling copy and manage updates.
- Content Creation: Develop branded materials, newsletters (via MailChimp), and digital campaigns that drive engagement.
- Analytics & SEO: Monitor performance metrics and apply SEO best practices to improve reach and interaction.
- Branding: Ensure consistency in visual identity and tone of voice across all digital channels.
What We're Looking For Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience managing social media content (including video)
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Canva, Hootsuite, and basic video editing
- Confident using website CMS platforms
- Understanding of SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
- Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion
- Experience in the arts sector (desirable but not essential)
