Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media: Create and schedule engaging content across Facebook and Instagram using Canva and Hootsuite. Support campaigns for events, fundraising, and seasonal launches.
  • Website: Collaborate with a web agency to build and populate a new site. Write compelling copy and manage updates.
  • Content Creation: Develop branded materials, newsletters (via MailChimp), and digital campaigns that drive engagement.
  • Analytics & SEO: Monitor performance metrics and apply SEO best practices to improve reach and interaction.
  • Branding: Ensure consistency in visual identity and tone of voice across all digital channels.



What We're Looking For Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience managing social media content (including video)
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail

The Role:

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Lead the CRM strategy across pubs and hotels, developing campaigns that are personalised, relevant and effective.
  • Manage the relationship with Acteol , ensuring the platform is optimised and delivering maximum value.
  • Support the roll out and day-to-day management of the loyalty programme and membership scheme , creating and monitoring customer communications.
  • Set up, test and maintain automated CRM journeys including welcome, pre- and post-stay, birthdays, reviews and more.
  • Lead the Paid Advertising team across social, search, display and maps, ensuring all campaigns are on brand, optimised and deliver ROI.
  • Support and train Area Sales & Marketing Co-ordinators and pub teams in digital best practice.
  • Analyse reporting to shape strategy, measure performance and drive continuous improvement.

About you:

  • 6+ years' experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM, digital advertising and analytics.
  • Experience managing direct reports.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta for Business.
  • A track record of making data-driven decisions and optimising campaign performance.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Experience in loyalty programmes and/or hospitality marketing would be a real advantage.
