Integration Engagement Manager
Introduction to the team
Travel Partnerships and Advertising helps partners, including hotels, airlines, destination marketing organizations (DMOs) and more, deliver excellent traveler and B2B experiences. We drive growth for our partners and the Expedia Group marketplace through competitive supply, our leading advertising and travel media network and affiliate solutions.
As an Integration Engagement Manager, you will work directly with our Integration Connectivity Providers to manage integration projects from initiation to completion. You will help guide and consult partners through questions, development, testing, and eventual API launch. In this position, you will be critical to connecting new partners as well as certifying existing partners on new feature adoptions.
In this role, you will:
Lead larger scope projects to assure the integrity of lodging-related data and contribute to quality delivery within established SLAs.
Lead the development of internal integration processes and help define the standards for excellence. Become a functional specialist for connectivity transactions.
Lead communication and reporting on vendor certification progress. Work closely with Integration Engineers, Product and Technical Support as technical issues arise during the implementation of APIs.
Work with Technical Relationship Managers to coordinate the integration project kickoffs. Own full-cycle certification testing for various Expedia APIs with new/existing partners.
Provide the partner with standard methodologies for making the integration a success. Answer technical inquiries from all vendors relating to Expedia APIs
Perform testing of various scenarios to ensure integration health and performance, system functionality, and behavior.
Advance system issues with the appropriate support teams and engage internal technology teams to discuss product development and support.
Experience and qualifications:
Experience with HTTP clients (Insomnia, POSTman), Salesforce, Splunk, Kibana, Outlook, Slack, and the capacity to read and understand GraphQL, JSON, and XML messages.
Solid understanding of middleware integration platforms, system architecture, product APIs, web tools, testing environments, and internet protocols (HTTP, SSL, REST)
Integration/Technical Experience: Proficient experience in EAI or B2B integrations
Proficient in reviewing and troubleshooting using development logs and testing tools.
Problem Solving: Takes initiative to identify current and potential problems and discern the best solutions, involving internal or external resources.
Results-oriented: You work towards efficiency, taking ownership of issues.
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines, and thrive in a multi-tasked, constantly evolving environment, while maintaining a focus on goals
Communication: Able to communicate across all levels of the organization hierarchy. Ability to communicate in technical terms to non-technical resources and speak technically with technical resources.
Handling Complexity: Work across teams to achieve goals and resolve issues, remaining educated and up to date on new technologies and system developments, and ability to prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

As an Advisory Solution Consultant, you will play a critical role within our presales team, driving innovative solutions primarily around ServiceNow's Workflow Data Fabric, complemented by NowAssist and Agentic AI capabilities. Leveraging your deep understanding of the entire data lifecycle-you will build compelling solutions, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase the transformative value of the ServiceNow platform to our key customers.
**Responsibilities:**
+ **Data Solution Evangelism:** Serve as a key technical advisor and advocate for ServiceNow's Workflow Data Fabric, articulating the benefits and capabilities of integrated data solutions to business and technical stakeholders.
+ **Customer Engagement:** Lead technical discovery sessions, thoroughly understand complex data integration challenges and requirements, and translate them into effective ServiceNow-based solutions.

+ 6+ years of experience in technical presales, solution architecture, or consulting roles, with a demonstrated track record in enterprise-scale data integration and analytics solutions.
+ Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
+ Strong technical background in data engineering, including hands-on experience with data ingestion tools, ETL processes, data modeling, storage solutions (relational and NoSQL databases), and analytics platforms.
+ Deep familiarity with integration technologies, including REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, JDBC, data pipelines, streaming data platforms, and middleware technologies.
+ Working knowledge of software development practices and proficiency in programming languages and technologies such as JavaScript, AngularJS, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS, SQL, Python, or equivalent.
+ Experience with low-code/no-code application development platforms; familiarity with ServiceNow platform certifications (CSA, CAD) is strongly preferred.
+ Exposure to additional technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Generative AI, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Process Mining, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CICD) practices is a plus.
+ Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging diverse personas ranging from technical teams to executive-level decision-makers.
+ Consultative mindset with a focus on identifying and driving process improvement and operational efficiency.
+ Outstanding communication, storytelling, and presentation skills to articulate complex technical solutions clearly and persuasively.
