A renowned private eye clinic on Harley Street is urgently recruiting a newly created Patient Care Coordinator position. This position is KPI based, and the successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to build patient rapport and in turn meet sales targets. They are looking for at least one-year sales or account management experience. Previous clinic experience is desirable,. You will need to be able to work on your own initiative as well as in a team.
The role pays up to £28,000 basic and commission on top (circa £40- 60k OTE ). This is an initial one-year contract. Full time based in the Clinic. Commission are available after the probationary period (3 months).
37.5 hours a week including a 1-hour lunch break. Shifts are typically 08:00-16:30, 08:30-17:00, 9:00-17:30 and 09:30-18:00, 10:00-18:30 and 10:30-19:00.
Monday-Friday in the first 3 months (during probation) with a view to working Saturdays on a rota basis with a day off in the week after having passed probation.
Reporting into the Clinic Manager your responsibilities are varied andinclude:
- Manage and maintain your own diary, including updating the online calendar. li>Book and coordinate Quick Assessment (QA) appointments.
- Review patient scans and records prior to assessments.
- Conduct patient Quick Assessments, including determining suitability for full IS/OE appointments.
- Book for full IS/OE appointments, where appropriate, at the end of a QA.
- Proactively follow up with patients who have not booked to ensure continuity of care and to ensure they are booked for IS/OE.
- Assist PECs with administrative duties during quieter periods.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all patient interactions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of assessment processes and patient experience.

- NMC registration - Either RGN or RMN
- Demonstrable experience post registration working in a similar setting.
- Preferably would have worked within a care home or elderly setting
- A commitment to delivering high quality care
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Passion & empathy with a desire to making a difference to the lives of our residents
