  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Facilitate the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating terms, and conducting background checks.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and implement recruitment marketing initiatives to enhance employer branding.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators.
  • Stay up-to-date with recruitment best practices, market trends, and relevant employment legislation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the recruitment process and candidate experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role within a recruitment agency or in-house.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting passive and active candidates across various industries.
  • Expertise in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong understanding of interviewing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms for sourcing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is an advantage.
