The Role:


The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, assess, and secure high-quality talent across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their growing recruitment consultancy in **Liverpool, Merseyside, UK**. This key role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of talent sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and building strong client relationships within a consultancy environment. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, develop effective recruitment plans, and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates. Key responsibilities include screening and interviewing candidates, managing the offer process, and providing market insights and recruitment advice to clients. This role demands exceptional communication and negotiation skills, along with a proactive approach to building talent pipelines and leveraging recruitment technologies. You will be expected to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful placements. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will also contribute to the development of recruitment best practices, mentor junior consultants, and play a role in business development initiatives. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment methodologies is crucial. Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for a variety of clients and roles.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Provide market intelligence and recruitment advice to clients.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for key positions and industries.
  • Utilize recruitment technology and applicant tracking systems (ATS) effectively.
  • Mentor and guide junior members of the recruitment team.
  • Contribute to business development and client relationship management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a consultancy or agency setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling a wide range of roles across different industries.
  • Expertise in various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social recruiting.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Understanding of employment law and best practices in recruitment.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach.
